MenCell.
Harjeet Singh Mendiratta v. State Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Anr. matter
Court ने इसे prima facie deliberate suppression of a material fact माना और कहा कि ऐसा conduct administration of justice में interference का प्रश्न उठाता है। Court ने professional misconduct के पहलू को Bar Council of Delhi के statutory disciplinary process के लिए refer करना appropriate माना।
Court record
Delhi legal help for men
MenCell.

Case-specific caution: The Delhi High Court's observations concerned the particular filing advocate, the alleged non-disclosure of an earlier identical petition and the material available in that proceeding. It does not mean that advocates generally suppress facts or that every incorrect pleading amounts to professional misconduct. Any allegation against an advocate should be based on the actual court record and applicable professional-discipline procedure.
